Mission

It is the mission of the Bridges of Iowa program that every man and woman who walk through our doors, leaves gainfully employed, earning a living wage and being a productive, contributing member of society.

Program description

The men and women of BOI participate in an employment readiness program that teaches them the necessary skills to be the valuable employee you need.  They learn the importance of accountability, reliability and responsible communication, all valued skills in an employee.   They also know that their ability to obtain and keep a job is paramount to their treatment and ultimately life-long success.
